This is a development preview. Final business terms, refund rules, data retention periods and contact details must be approved and published before live transactions open.
Your account
Creating an account collects your name, email and securely hashed password. A profile image and phone number are optional. Session cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage remembers your theme and saved events.
Tickets and bookings
Guest ticket purchases and vendor requests collect names, email addresses, phone numbers and event requirements to fulfil your request. Payment data is handled by Paystack; Event Prefect does not store card details.
Voting
Paid votes record the event, nominee, quantity and payment reference. Event Prefect does not ask anonymous voters for their names or phone numbers. Payment providers may request information needed to process a transaction.
Service providers
Configured integrations may include MongoDB for storage, Paystack for payments, Cloudinary for images, Resend for email and Google for sign-in. AI-assisted planning sends the event details you submit to OpenAI only when you choose that mode; the local budget estimator does not.
Your choices
Browsing does not require an account. You can edit your profile, choose a theme, remove saved events or sign out. Contact the published support address for data requests once the live service is launched.
